Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. A year later, at the age of 17 the athlete was granted her pro card. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the smallest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage following her acquisition of her Pro Card and completing her college studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year the year of 2015. It was the same as when she was at in her previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years following her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. By the end of 2009 she took home four more Fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her among the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. Ariel had to wait 6 years in order before completing her studies following her Pro Card award. In the month of October with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd during the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The following month she took to the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was pleased with the outcome. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. The body part that Ariel likes to exercise is the back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and sitting rows. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Her method is super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being light weight day, the day she is heavier weight.
