Ina Garden is an American cookbook author who has received Emmy award. She hosts the most popular Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The show began in 2002. It will air for another 27 seasons. Ina was employed for the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and also the budget. She initially found her career to be intellectually stimulating, but eventually lost interest and purchased a tiny food specialty store named Barefoot Contessa. The store was a success for 18 years. the store extremely successful before selling it off before acquiring a pen to write her first book. There were many more cookbooks as well as magazine columns that were added. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too began its run and was a huge success. The company sells numerous products, from ingredients for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina did not go to a cooking institute and hasn't had any experience in a restaurant. She is self-taught. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her easy culinary style is widely known.
